Production takes place in a 5,000-square-metre facility located just outside of the region\u2019s capital city of <strong>Cagliari<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The personnel is made up of about twenty employees with extensive know-how in the sector, acquired through years of experience and enhanced by specific training in the food industry field. We believe that this system not only promotes an erred philosophy, but is also an unsustainable practice in food consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This company choice requires strict quality control of the raw materials, both when purchasing and sorting, selecting only the best ingredients.
