(The Protected Designation of Origin ) is the important recognition for the value and the quality by which the European Community assures customers about the geographical area of origin and the uniqueness of olive oil production methods in \u201cTerra di Bari\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Environmental conditions and the cultivation methods make our \u201cTerra di Bari\u201d PDO extravirgin olive oil a precious oil. Luglio considers very important the traditional ways of cultivating and pruning olives in order to preserve all their original characteristics. In our range you can find also \u201cGold Selection\u201d extra virgin olive oil obtained only from 100% Italian olives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This kind of oil has an intense aroma, which remind to the one of the olives harvested from the plant at the right degree of ripeness.
