Fresh meats and vegetables are prepared and cooked in our own kitchens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We use <strong>Venetian<\/strong> culinary practices to enhance the natural flavors until they are able to make their way to consumers\u2019 dinner tables and become part of a delicious and variable daily menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By choosing only the best flours for correct compactness and texture of the pasta, freshly laid eggs and genuine ingredients, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pastacecchin.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pastificio Cecchin<\/a><\/strong> has become symbolic of homemade artisan production, using skillful professional knowhow and the highest quality and service standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Managed by <strong>Andrea, Carlo and Laura Cecchin<\/strong>, the esteemed family-run artisan workshop &#8211; utilizes important modern production processes and has released a wide range of its own production and house specialty products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These vary from fresh egg pasta to handmade tortelloni and ravioli stuffed with vegetable fillings. There are handmade cappelletti and fagottini filled with cured prosciutto, and artisan crespelle ready to be put in the oven or in the microwave (for a quick and easy meal) with a choice of exquisite fillings; and then there are potato or pumpkin gnocchi or sweet tortelli stuffed with custard and fruit conserves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/allfoodonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-27.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31214\" width=\"427\" height=\"222\" srcset=\"https:\/\/allfoodonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-27.png 503w, https:\/\/allfoodonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/image-27-300x156.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 427px) 100vw, 427px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>All in the name of authenticity.
