A winning bet, if we consider that at that time there were about a hundred products distributed, today they are almost ten thousand. The ancient delicatessen has come a long way. And the \u201cpatron\u201d Icilio Amoretti, who has been at the helm of the company for over 40 years, still knows how to look ahead. He tells us about a family deeply rooted in the territory, between Parma, Piacenza and Liguria, of the patriarch Giovanni Battista, by profession \u201cbrewer\u201d and grandfather Icilio, the one who opened a delicatessen in Salsomaggiore Terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
An almost nostalgic eye on this tradition, which had Parma\u2019s excellent products at the center of its trade, such as cured meats and cheese (without forgetting, however, the other family tradition, the Ligurian one, with its flavors and oils).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
