Sapiens carries out consulting and analysis services of the working context; it defines recruiting times and methods with the client; it selects and recruits resources. Particular attention is paid to the world of young people: Sapiens has created a project called \u201claboratory\u201d with the aim of helping graduates enter the world of work, which is often too far from the school environment.

The agri-food division, with over ten years of experience, was founded by a group of entrepreneurs who are highly regarded and appreciated for their work in the agri-food sector.
