SANA Food<\/strong><\/a> is BolognaFiere<\/strong>‘s b2b<\/strong> format dedicated to healthy eating out of home<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trade visitors looking to diversify their offering in the Horeca sector, traditional specialised channels, restaurant-retail and delicatessens will find at SANA Food producers selected for the authenticity<\/strong>, consistency<\/strong> and innovation<\/strong> of their products, in line with consumers who are increasingly oriented towards food and beverages that are good for both the body and the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The focus at SANA Food will be on everything that is ‘good’: organic, biodynamic, veg, PDO, PGI, TSG<\/strong> and functional<\/strong>, but that’s not all. Through themed itineraries and guided presentations, new focuses will explore local specialities such as extra virgin olive oil<\/strong> and balsamic vinegar, honey and herbal teas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SANA Food will also feature the brand new Social Food Area<\/strong>, dedicated to fair trade and sustainable agricultural production, resulting from social reintegration programmes or land confiscated from criminal organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To consolidate SANA Food’s role in the organic and veg<\/strong> sectors, the long-standing partnerships respectively with FederBio<\/strong>, which has always been an ambassador for certified and environmentally friendly supply chains, and with V-Label Italia<\/strong>, the international benchmark brand in the certification of vegetarian and vegan products, synonymous with transparency and trust for consumers, have been confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New for the 2026 edition is the partnership with Slow Food Promozione<\/strong>, aimed at promoting conscious eating with a strong ethical imprint, based on the protection of biodiversity<\/strong> and attention to health<\/strong> and sustainability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The SANA Food exhibition area will welcome producers from Slow Food Presidia and networks<\/strong>, as well as hosting training sessions, tastings and round tables on key topics in the debate on agri-food policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the concurrent<\/strong> Slow Wine Fair<\/strong><\/a>, which will be held in two pavilions adjacent to SANA Food (all accessible with a single admission ticket<\/strong>), the business community will have the opportunity to discover over 1,000 wineries and more than 6,000 labels of good, clean and fair wine<\/strong>, along a path that highlights the inseparable relationship between food and wine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
