The production facility occupies 13,000 square meters, with three production lines that guarantee a high production capacity. One of the companies undisputed strengths is quality. It is BRC, IFS, BIO, and Kosher certified and continuously invests resources in the innovation and improvement of its production systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the facility is a quality control laboratory equipped with cutting edge tools that are necessary for guaranteeing food safety and consumer health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The safety system that has been implemented includes continuous and constant inspections throughout the entire production cycle: analysis of incoming raw materials, inspections during the production process, and inspections of the final product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All of the machinery used in the various stages of the process are of the latest generation, such as, for example, the X Ray Machine, and are constantly updated in order to guarantee their efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A research and development team is also present within the company, which, in addition to continuously modifying and improving the more than 200 products that the company already produces, is always looking for new ideas and new products, like the most recently developed \u201cTerrecrude\u201d line (in photo a draft), a range of products made exclusively from Apulian raw ingredients with the addition of extra virgin olive oil and truly appealing packaging, but\u2026 that\u2019s not all. Soon two more product lines will be introduced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SUN-DRIED TOMATOES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OUR RED GOLD WITH A SUPER DELICIOUS RECIPE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primarily harvested in the fertile countryside of Puglia in southern Italy, the tomatoes are first washed, cut in half, and then laid out on fine mesh nets, salted, and left to dry in the sun for about 48 hours. Subsequently, the product is selected, cleared of any possible impurities, and processed into jars or cans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We export them to 55 countries worldwide in the following sizes: 212ml, 314ml, 580ml, 1062ml, 1700ml, and 3100ml in glass jars and 850ml and 2650ml in tinplate cans. Also available in fillets!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BIO LINE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Masiello Food, increasingly attentive to consumer needs, presents the Bio Line. Currently, the bio range consists of 6 products:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Sun-dried tomatoes in sunflower seed oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Bella di Cerignola green olives in brine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Nocellara olives in brine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Leccino olives in brine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Mix of Italian olives in brine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Capers in vinegar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New Bio delicacies coming soon!
