Distributed across exhibition islands by country and Italian region of origin, the wineries \u2013 certified organic, biodynamic or in conversion \u2013 will showcase and offer tastings of their wines, which are the result of <strong>sustainable agriculture<\/strong> and rigorous selection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trade visitors and buyers will have the opportunity to participate in <strong>masterclasses and conferences<\/strong> to deepen their knowledge of vintages, terroirs, and producers, and take advantage of an exclusive and free <strong>matchmaking<\/strong> service to specifically filter the exhibitors they want to meet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to wine, the three-day fair will also highlight other aspects of healthy and sustainable eating, highly qualified and geared towards Horeca visitors: from the bitters of the <strong>Fiera dell&#8217;Amaro d&#8217;Italia<\/strong>, promoted by Amaroteca and ANADI, to the coffee of the <strong>Slow Food Coffee Coalition roasters<\/strong>, from <strong>cider<\/strong> to <strong>sustainability partners<\/strong>, who will exhibit innovative technologies, plants, equipment, and services for the sustainable wine supply chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With their Slow Wine Fair admission ticket, visitors will also have access to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sana.it\/en\/explore\/sana-food\/13243.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>SANA Food<\/strong><\/a>, BolognaFiere&#8217;s b2b format for <strong>healthy, sustainable, and high-quality Out-of-Home<\/strong> <strong>nutrition<\/strong>, located in an adjacent pavilion.
