Back in 1986, producing pasta in Italy wasn’t difficult—the real challenge was introducing the tradition of making pasta. Fresh pasta, the kind made by hand with a rolling pin, that powerful tool on a wooden table. Shaping the ingredients with the strength of expert hands, just like the housewives of old.

The roots of Pastificio Regal run deep in the food industry. Driven by a true love for tradition, the company was founded and has since grown into a key producer of fresh pasta dishes and typical specialties in the food sector. A company that has earned its place in the national market and, step by step, is making its way into the international market—thanks to continuous care and targeted investments in research and technology.

Product 1: Egg Tonnarelli


Tonnarello Regal is a traditional long pasta format made exclusively from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina and fresh Italian eggs from free-range hens.

These egg tonnarelli are crafted following traditional methods, enhanced by slow processing and the superior quality of bronze-drawn pasta. This process ensures a perfectly rough surface that holds sauces beautifully, while maintaining a porous texture that absorbs flavors in the best possible way.

Product 2: Le Crespelle


Regal crespella is a soft, savory crepe—thin and non-crispy—cooked on a hot, round surface.

Ingredients:

Fresh free-range eggs 47%, type “00” soft wheat flour 25%, water, extra virgin olive oil, salt. Preservative: Potassium Sorbate (E202).
