Canned vegetable products of traditional Italian cuisine The company, born in 1872 thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit of Fausto Polli, became quickly the leader company in the canned vegetables sector, obtaining a leading role in the national and international market. Every year, the company makes almost 100.000 inspections per year on 3.000 arrivals of raw materials, 42.600 chimical analysis and 82.000 inspections on the packing. Three special awards are really important to underline care Polli puts in its productions: the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification for the Quality Management, international standard BRC Global Standard Food and IFS standard (International Food Standard), both of them obtained at the highest level, indispensable to pass all the strict hygienic and security checks.
