Above all, we have adopted an attitude to which we always try to do our best in everything we do. Basically , our conduct and methods of communicating are simple: we want to share them with people like ourselves and reveal them to those that haven’t yet discovered them. The MEC3 School has been founded with the specific intention of providing complete, expert advice for both the qualified gelato maker or for who for the first time is approaching this superb profession. All this can be learnt in the School of Gelato founded by MEC3.Our School of Gelato is the first to have introduced the one to one teaching method: small classes and individual fully equipped workstations, allowing the students to put into practice what is taught by the highly qualified professional teachers of the sector. A team of thirty expert gelato and pastry chefs constantly travel around the world to spead the art of Italian gelato making.
